How do I know if a procedure is covered by my insurance?
Check your policy and/or call your insurance company. We can give you the necessary codes if needed. Dr. Fischer will send a letter, along with pictures and supporting documentation to your insurance company for their review. Your insurance company will then make their decision. A procedure is usually covered if medical necessity is proven.
